These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Biblical Sleep Code (the "Product"), a digital audio program and companion web application, provided by Soulviveapp ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Soulviveapp operates from Colombia and sells the Product to customers primarily in the United States. Purchases are processed through Hotmart, a third-party payment platform, which acts as the reseller of record for this transaction. Hotmart's own terms of service also apply to your purchase.

2. The Product

Biblical Sleep Code is a faith-based audio sequence and companion tracking tool designed to support a calming nightly routine. It is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or publicly share the audio content, written materials, or app access provided to you.

3. Access

Access to the Product is granted for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, tied to the account you create with your email address. Sharing your account credentials with others is not permitted. We reserve the right to suspend access in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

4. No professional advice

The Product is intended for general wellness and relaxation purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See our Medical Disclaimer for details.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy, in coordination with Hotmart's purchase protection terms.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soulviveapp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Product. The Product is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
